Pro Evolution Soccer - PES 2013 telah
mendapat lesen untuk menyertakan pasukan
yang akan bertanding dalam UEFA Champion League, Liga BBVA, Ligue 1,
Eredivisie, Serie A dan Brasilerao. Bagi English Premier League (EPL),
hanya pasukan Manchester
United sahaja yang mendapat lesen, tidak termasuk juara UCL musim lalu,
Chelsea serta juara baru EPL 2011/2012, Manchester City dan beberapa
pasukan utama lain seperti Arsenal dan Liverpool.
